ICVA is an extremely professional and amazing organisation that successfully influences national policy, provides ongoing support to ICV Scheme Managers, innovates and makes a real difference to how Schemes meet their obligations. Your dedication, commitment and enthusiasm is infectious and I am astounded by the amount of high quality work you produce – those unfamiliar with ICVA would think there was a team of people delivering such fantastic results. I fully appreciate that you have a very effective Board, chaired under the wise leadership of Martyn that is extremely supportive of the work that you do and they are to be congratulated.

Having joined as the Sussex Scheme manager in September 2017 I am so grateful for the support and time ICVA gave and still give me to help me understand my role. I visit the Members area of the website at least twice a week to use the resources they offer, the bitesize training is great and having a members forum is a brilliant idea to share ideas/issues with other Scheme Managers.

The guidance, communications and training we get great from ICVA is a great support to our Custody Visiting Scheme. The ICVA team is professional and efficient, and are always on hand to provide help and advice for any queries we raise. The Members Forum on the ICVA website is a helpful resource which gives us direct access to other schemes and share knowledge in a secure environment, and the ICVA conferences give us a great opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with our colleagues.
