2020 has been such a challenging year and we have been so impressed by how independent custody visiting schemes have stepped up to the plate to keep monitoring of custody going. Scheme managers and ICVs have gone above and beyond and we know much more about what happened in custody over COVID19 because of that. Everyone has come together, shared ideas, chatted through different arrangements and made a difference. We know this is true too, of our wider networks and want to thank all of those we have worked with throughout the year. Special thanks go to those ICVs who will continue to monitor and visit over the festive period.
