ICVA is committed to doing as much as we can to ensure that our site and materials are accessible for all.

Accessing our website
Language
You can view our website in many different languages by clicking on the ‘translate’ button at the bottom right hand corner of our site and selecting the language you would like by clicking on the relevant flag.
Viewing the site
You can make the screen larger or smaller by using your keyboard. Press the ‘cmd’ key, which looks like this ⌘, and at the same time either plus or minus to increase or decrease the size of the text on each page.
PDFs
- Most older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
- To view a document in Adobe PDF format, you may first need to download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Reader X can convert the PDF back to a word document. Open the document in the reader and from the top page view menu select the document images with a yellow swish arrow, as illustrated in the diagram.
- To select the ‘Read out loud’ option select ‘View’ from the Adobe Reader X menu followed by ‘Read Out Loud’, then select the option ‘Read This Page Only’ or ‘Read To End of Document’
- Short cut options are shown and you can pause or stop the reading.
